How do I return an item? 

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to service@auragmes.com. 

• We will reply within 24–48 hours with the return address. 

• Items must be unused and in their original condition. It’s best if the packaging remains intact! 

• Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange. 

• For refunds, you can expect the amount to be credited back within 1–2 days after we receive the returned item. 

• We issue refunds via credit card or PayPal. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account. 

• To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. This helps minimize the risk of lost packages.

 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
