What is the price of shipping?

We like to keep things simple: the standard shipping rate is $19.95 worldwide (excluding mainland China), and orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. 

For mainland China, the standard shipping fee is $2.90, and orders over $59 qualify for free shipping.

What is the shipping time?

If you're not ordering a custom-made piece, all orders are in stock and will be shipped within 24–48 hours. 

Standard delivery time for international orders is 15 days. 

Standard delivery time for mainland China is 3 days.

·       If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP so we can quickly change it. After an order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.

·       Please note that we are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. You may need to pay import duties or taxes.

For personalized custom jewelry, considering factors such as integration with personal destiny, talismanic protection, and design style, a longer processing time is required. Please contact our customer service for specific shipping details.
